Ethics in Supervision

Supervision puts you in the room when things get messy: dual relationships, telehealth boundaries, a supervisee in over their head, a cultural blind spot you didn't know you had. This training gives you a framework for those moments before you're in them: how to recognize an ethical dilemma early, work through it, and document your reasoning. You'll leave with a plan you can actually use, not just a stack of code-of-ethics citations.

Participants will be encouraged to share experiences and challenges, and will come away equipped with tools to navigate dilemmas arising in an ever-changing clinical landscape.

A required training for New Mexico clinical supervisors. Open to anyone who supervises, plans to supervise, or wants to think more clearly about the ethical questions that come with it. This is your gateway to acquiring the necessary expertise and credentials to excel as a supervisor in the field.
