Behind every thriving clinician is a trusted supervisor, someone who doesn’t just oversee the work but fosters a relationship rooted in trust, psychological safety, and meaningful guidance. Many supervisors feel confident in their leadership, yet even the most experienced professionals carry blind spots. What does it really mean for a supervisee to feel safe enough to speak honestly, admit mistakes, and actively seek feedback? How do we know when trust is truly present, and what can we do when it isn’t? This training invites a deeper, more reflective look at the supervisory relationship and how we create space for vulnerability, openness, and growth. 

Participants will explore how to build emotionally safe supervisory relationships that support both accountability and receptivity.
